Empowering Women by Building from Experience

A Founder Who Turned Her Own Challenges Into a Global Mission

My name is Nurussahar Basit, and I’m the founder of Tech Girls Society, a digital empowerment platform created for women who want to build, launch, and scale online businesses with confidence.

My journey into entrepreneurship wasn’t traditional. I didn’t come from tech. I didn’t have a network, generational knowledge, or a blueprint. What I did have was a passion for creativity, an eye for branding, and a deep understanding of how difficult it can be for women to break into the digital world — especially without support, resources, or someone to guide them.

While studying Social Policy (BSc), I worked closely with women from different backgrounds — creatives, entrepreneurs, care workers, single mums, immigrants, students — all trying to build something for themselves in the digital space. What they all had in common was this:

They had talent.
They had ideas.
They had ambition.
What they didn’t have was access.

Made for women who are made for more.

I started by helping small business owners with branding, websites, and content strategy. Over time, I built templates, workflows, branding systems, and strategic frameworks that women could use to launch a business faster and more affordably.

Through this hands-on experience, I realized something powerful:

Women don’t struggle because they’re incapable, they struggle because the system isn’t built for them.

Access to knowledge, tools, affordable branding, mentorship, or technology.

That’s when Tech Girls Society was born.

When you empower a woman, you create a ripple effect that transforms families, communities, and entire economies.

My mission is to make technology, branding, and business strategy accessible — not intimidating. To give women the digital tools they never had. And to build a platform where every woman feels capable, confident, and unstoppable.

This isn’t just a business.
It’s a movement.
And every woman who joins becomes part of a larger story — one where she finally has the tools she needs to build the life she wants.
